Global Records is a complete, user-friendly, cost-effective multi-agency Records Management System (RMS) suitable for public safety and private security use. Global Records utilizes a centralized Microsoft® SQL server database with centralized Master Indices for names, vehicles and locations. Global Records is intuitive and easy to navigate with the mouse or keyboard.
Global Records selection of pre-defined system reports; along with the ability to easily query most data fields provide quick access to system data. Global Records is both UCR and NIBRS compliant; plus offers state specific data collection and reporting.
Global Records includes a complete Jail Management module, plus separate arrest and booking functions with complete bi-directional data sharing. Inmates can be arrested and booked at different times, by different officers and share/clone data from either the arrest or booking record.
